Allow the timeless teacher, nature, to come into your life. These experiences can be used to enhance your sadhana practice or can be done independently of that. I offer the Japanese practice of Shinrin- Yoku which means, “forest bathing” on 716 private acres of beautiful and sacred land for our experiences at Just Love Forest. We have the ability to offer days of solitude and reflection, meditation and traditional vision quests. There are many ways that we can safely create a variety of experiences for you to detach from the matrix of urban and digital life.

Group forest Therapy

These are regularly occurring experiences of Shinrin Yoku, the Japanese practice of forest bathing. Learn more about the experience here.
Personalized nature therapy day retreat
$1,500
This is a custom experience that we will co-create for your time in Just Love Forest. You may experience this solo with me or include up to three people if desired for $1,500. If you desire to include more people, then let's discuss it. This will include all experiences in the forest, food, drinks and snacks as well guiding. Please select the planning session for this experience as well. Ceremonies, proposals, weddings and memorials are all possible. If you’re undertaking of a 40 day sadhana experience, the cost for you to have a personalized nature therapy experience will only be $100 - $500 depending on what is called for.
3 Day Personalized nature therapy day retreat
$3,000
This is a 3 day supported experience deep in the heart of Just Love Forest. All foods, foraged teas, rituals and experiences will be prepared and supported for you. This is ideally suited for someone who has done the 40 day sadhana program and wants to go deeper into practice. Also ideal for those already with a practice. These include opening and closing rituals and a daily chat on how things are unfolding for you. This isn't a survival program. It's a spiritual journey with time alone communing in nature.
