meditation in Community
I’m a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Graduating from Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach's 2-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certificate Program through the Awareness Training Institute and the University of Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center. As part of this 2-year program, I completed a 6-month DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity, and Accountability) training.
Be part of a time for sacred sharing, reconnection and meditation in nature at Just Love Forest. If you are seeking one on one private experiences to allow meditation to transform your entire life, then please consider a personal 40 day sadhana experience.
I host donation-based secularly spiritual gatherings in Just Love Forest centered around the sacredness of life and nature. Everyone of all experience levels, from all traditions, paths and journeys is radically and warmly welcomed.
Come learn to meditate in the surrounds of nature. Friday evening, I lead an interactive session about the experience of spiritual awakening, what it is and why it’s happening more commonly. Come hear others’ thoughts and experiences while sharing your own about how mindfulness is helping to rebalance the planet. Arrival by 7pm for introductions and food, interactive talk at 8pm followed by meditation and kirtan.
Overnight is by voluntary donation to stay in our canvas bell tents or self camping. We will arise at 6am on Saturday morning, arriving before a silent walk for a 7am sunrise meditation atop Bhakti mountain.
This group is by interview and invitation. If you’d like to join, then please set up a 30 min call with me.
Everything is donation-based but you must set up a call in advance to learn more & attend.
Meditation should be a creative and fun experience to explore consciousness together. Everyone is unique and the ways we learn to meditate should be what works. We better know ourself and the tools we have access to by practicing and sharing with each other. Come join us on this journey to awaken together.
