Who sadahana can help

Seeking purpose

In the West we find ourselves lost in the promise that we can be anything we want to be. While it’s true, no one ever taught us what we are meant to be and how and why. Most of us find ourselves lost in pointless desires and trying to please others from false stories we have been fed our whole life. But maybe it’s too late to course correct. Better to stay safe even if you’re sad? You have one specific purpose unique to your life and the purpose of living is to come to know it and then fully embody it. Then you’ll share simply by being whole, happy and healthy. No, it won’t be easy to make all the changes. Luckily you don’t have to do it. You’ll simply do your practice, find truth and let the universe recalibrate life around you. Yes, it’s possible. It’s’ called your “dharmic path.” And you can find it and follow your highest calling of purpose. Sadhana will polish the mirror of your heart for all to witness and the nonsense will slowly wash away.

Entrepreneurs

Creation is a sacred process. Making something from nothing is in fact a miracle. What is the universe asking of you? How can you listen and answer that call? Whether you’ve already created something and feel misaligned or if your heart won’t stop calling you to create, sadhana can help. Understanding your life’s purpose and calling can ensure you’re happy as you create an offering with good intent for this world. Sadhana helps to course correct and get to truth for all parts of the entrepreneurial journey. We can discuss where you’re at and how this will help. I’ve been through the full journey of business successes and failures in this lifetime too. So many lessons. Check my LinkedIn for what I did before my spiritual awakening.

Exploring spirituality

Maybe you have a sense that there is more to life than you’re allowing? Maybe you’re simply curious if you know yourself as well as you can in finding truth? Maybe you know that you just don’t know what you don’t know! Not knowing is the perfect place to start a the journey of a sadhana practice. An adventurous spirit, open mind and humility are ideal characteristics for receiving deeper learnings. Regardless of what traditions and teachings you received growing up, a sadhana will be personalized with that journey in mind. All religious lineages are welcomed. This spiritual journey will help you cut through clutter, find healing and deeper truth in your own life as your own direct experience.

Lost Courage

Sometimes life hits hard. We may feel we’ve been broken in so many ways. You might have had a dream or a spark extinguished or a song that got silenced. It happens. And often we end up choosing to become small and quiet - simply surviving. We know that there is more in us, we just don’t know how to rekindle ourself. How to try again? How to dream once more? How to sing sweetly again? Sadhana is ideal for this part of a life journey. By cleaning our life and creating space we can start to see the sunshine in our own eyes again. We don’t have to figure it out and know the answers. We just do the practice and start to trust the universe again by letting go of fear. Finding home may never have felt so good. Rediscover courage of your true self.

GRIEVING

Joana Macy says, “the heart that breaks open can contain the whole universe.” There’s truth in that. Western society has lost it’s relationship to the importance of grieving. Until space is created for this natural and necessary process to occur, it will negatively shade the entirety of life. It may be parent, child, friend or a pet who left their body. Journeying the lessons and ultimately receiving the healing from grief as our master teacher is a rite of passage. We must treat it as a sacred ritual with time and space and patience. A sadhana program can help to be with what is in a way and pace that is good for your heart and spirit. Remembering in a healthy and intentional way allows us to hold their being fully in our hearts.

LOVING AWARENESS

Sometimes we realize that along the line of life our heart became closed or less open than it had been. This affects everything, all of our relationships, our creativity, generosity, joy as well as loving ourself. We can get stuck in attainment, achievement and consumption. There are ways to reconnect and open our hearts to that all of life is experienced through a “loving awareness.” In order to love we must have courage and create space for healing and calming. Sadhana can offer us the ability to enter into new states of connection and compassion.

climate resiliency

Here we are. The seasons are shifting. The intensity of the new normal seems to keep increasing. And what can we do? Each person’s answer to that question is sacredly unique. Sadhana will be help you open your heart and quiet your mind so that you may better come to accept the challenges of this time. You may find an inspired action that is aligned with love instead of fear. You may find a space to grieve. You may fully feel and process fears. To accept things beyond one’s immediate control is to know true peace. Surrender doesn’t mean inaction it means action that is aligned with peaceful purpose and intention. Create ritual and space in your life to explore acceptance and action in balanced harmony.
